Balcony has peaceful garden views, There is a lounge area with a fireplace by the pool that you will love. Also to note. The Apartment is pet friendly. *The space* The Master bedroom has a large double king size bed and a walk in closet. Its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony entrance. The second room has a queen-sized bed, a large window allowing natural lighting, a closet, and it's own bathroom. Kitchen is open Plan with cupboards, cabinets, and a cooking station with the dining area at the center topped off by a beautiful chandelier. The Utility closet is where you will find the washing machine and dryer. Other than that, you get two entrances to the balcony, from the living room and master bedroom. *Guest access* You will have Full access to the entire Apartment and the balcony. The only places you share with the other residents are the common areas, such as the lifts, lounge area, pool, gym, garden, parking space, etc. Other things to note The Apartment is 5mins walk to popular shopping malls, and restaurants like Geco cafe, Art cafe, Java cafe, coco jambo (for the bbq grill lovers, crafty chameleon for craft beers and 1min away, there is a car wash with a restaurant where you can have coffee and pretty much anything . They close late, so it's convenient if you arrive late. There is also The Junction mall about 3mins walk where you can get pretty much everything. From shopping to cinema, Spa's, Banks, forex money exchange, and even grocery supermarkets. You won't have to go far.
