5 Bed Villa with Swimming Pool in Kisumu

Riat Hill Villas is a Scandinavian inspired gated community overlooking Kisumu’s Lake Victoria in the front and Nandi Hills in the back.A total of 31 Villas are being built with a common Club house and a large swimming pool. Currently 6 (six) Villas are under construction with 8 more villas and a Club house to begin construction, as a completion of phase 1. All 14 houses are expected to be finished in 12 months. The following 17 Villas in phase 2 are expected to be completed in 18 months after completion of phase 1.
